I am contacting you to applaud the level of service performed for me during a time of turmoil in my family’s life. Classic Cleaners employees were found to be professional, compassionate, and efficient. I even found the unpacking of all those boxes easy due to the accurate labelling and care taken to our items, yes even the dreaded fitted sheets in the linen closet weren’t difficult. I am writing to let you know how pleased I was working with Classic Cleaners. No one knows in life when or if a tragedy will hit, but when it does, we are never prepared. We go along with the suggestions of the people in charge because we feel that they are more knowledgeable that we are and we just want whatever is wrong to be righted again. You came in on a Saturday and advised us to select some things to put on a rush list so we would have clothing for the changing weather. The ladies were kind and compassionate in dealing with us. They were quick and professional at all times. They gave special attention to our Bichon “Kristi” who was home at the time of the accident. Kristi appreciated getting her toys back smelling nice and new.

I highly recommend the team at Classic Cleaners!!! A squirrel got into my parents home while they were in Florida for the winter. Although the damage was covered by insurance, Classic was amazingly helpful in making sure my parents were able to afford to have everything cleaned like new!!! We had extensive water damage to all my clothes in our master bedroom closet due to a broken water line. A few of my clothes were unsalvageable. The majority of the clothes and other items were saved. Your crew were so caring when removing my clothes from our home. This was a very difficult time for me, I even forgot and questioned some items listed on the inventory actually belonged to me. Your staff made sure that I picked out a rush order to be returned the next day. My clothes and other items that were cleaned looked like new. Everything was packaged beautifully and with great care. Classic Cleaners are a bunch of wonderful people to work with. All of our clothing was covered in black soot and they took care of everything! Even my stuffed bears! They returned my things all folded and wrapped in tissue paper even all sorted our and the rest on hangers wrapped in plastic. Very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them!

Classic came out the day after my loss to do an assessment on my textiles and had a crew out the following day. The team was awesome and thoroughly explained the entire process, and even made sure our clothes were cleaned exactly how we cleaned them ourselves. They have done a fabulous job helping us with our insurance company for the claim and have been very detailed about everything to make sure we understand the process fully. I couldn’t be happier with the team we have.

A professional organization with caring people. When our home flooded, they came to remove everything from the basement and closets. It’s emotional to let go of your stuff. They were so empathetic and helpful. We were out of our home for months. They delivered our fall coats to our rental house and opened on Sunday so I could get my daughter’s clothes for college. When I saw their operation, it was amazing! So large and meticulously organized and tagged. No wonder every piece of our stuff from fur coats to toy doll clothes to pillows came back better than ever. Great experience and team!
